Mammography Technologist
Overview
This role offers an opportunity to provide specialized breast imaging services in a professional and patient-focused healthcare environment. You will support Veterans by delivering high-quality mammography exams while demonstrating strong technical skills and compassionate care. Key Responsibilities ● Perform mammography examinations according to established protocols ● Prepare and educate patients prior to imaging procedures ● Position patients appropriately to obtain high-quality diagnostic images ● Evaluate images for clarity, positioning, and diagnostic quality ● Maintain accurate patient and procedure documentation ● Utilize PACS and electronic patient information systems ● Follow radiation safety, infection control, and facility policies ● Provide compassionate and professional patient care ● Perform quality control measures and identify equipment issues ● Assist with scheduled and unscheduled imaging needs as assigned ● Document delayed procedures and coordinate follow-up when necessary Schedule and Shift Details ● Full-time contract opportunity
Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher

1+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
- Mammography
- Radiology
- Valid American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
