Nurse Practitioner

Overview

This contract Nurse Practitioner role offers an opportunity to provide primary and women’s health care services to members, dependents, and spouses ages 3 and up at a client worksite. The position includes administering vaccinations, performing lab work, and collaborating with community providers to support patient health. The schedule includes three days per week with an initial training week, and there is strong potential for contract extension based on fit and alignment. Key Responsibilities ● Provide annual physicals and routine wellness visits ● Perform Pap smears and preventive screenings ● Administer vaccinations and conduct lab work with timely review ● Collaborate with community healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care ● Offer general wellness guidance and education to support healthy lifestyle choices Schedule and Shift Details ● Tuesday 11:00 AM–7:00 PM, Thursday 11:00 AM–4:00 PM, Friday 7:00 AM–3:00 PM; first week Monday to Friday for training

Qualifications

• Primary Care (1+ years)
• Women's Health (1+ years)
• 1+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
  • Adult Care
  • Pediatric Care
  • Geriatric Care
• Master's degree or higher
• Valid Nurse Practitioner (NP) in Pennsylvania (PA)
