Adult Reconstruction / Joint Replacement Orthopedic Surgeon – Partnership Opportunity | Nashville, TN An established and growing independent orthopedic group in Nashville, Tennessee is seeking a fellowship-trained Adult Reconstruction / Joint Replacement Orthopedic Surgeon to join its expanding team. This is an opportunity for a surgeon who wants more than simply stepping into another employed position. The practice is entering an exciting period of growth, expanding its physician team and investing in the future of the organization, including plans for a new ambulatory surgery center. The incoming surgeon will have the opportunity to build and grow an elective joint replacement practice within an established orthopedic organization with a strong patient base and growing demand. What You'll Do Build and develop an elective joint replacement practice Perform primary hip and knee replacement procedures Perform anterior approach hip replacement Evaluate and manage complex joint conditions Perform revision joint replacement procedures Work collaboratively with an established orthopedic team and integrated ancillary services Develop relationships with patients and referral sources throughout the Nashville market Why This Opportunity?
