Spine Surgeon – Orthopedic or Neurosurgery A growing independent orthopedic group in Nashville, Tennessee is seeking an experienced Orthopedic Spine Surgeon or Neurosurgeon with spine training to join its expanding organization. This position offers a unique opportunity to step into a market need created by the retirement of the current spine physician while building and growing an elective spine practice. The organization is investing heavily in its future, expanding its physician team and developing plans for a new ambulatory surgery center. The incoming spine surgeon will have the opportunity to help shape the future of the spine program and become part of the organization's long-term growth. The Opportunity The incoming physician will have the opportunity to: Build and grow an elective spine practice Establish and develop relationships throughout the Nashville medical community Evaluate and treat patients with a broad range of spine conditions Perform appropriate operative spine procedures Collaborate closely with orthopedic specialists, physical therapy, imaging, and future pain management services Help develop the organization's long-term spine strategy Support the future growth of outpatient surgical services Why This Opportunity Stands Out This role is ideal for a physician who wants autonomy and the ability to build something.
