Certified Medical Assistant
Overview
This contract role is for a Certified Medical Assistant to provide clinical and administrative support at an onsite employee health center serving adults. The position requires strong customer service skills and at least two years of medical experience. The work schedule is Monday through Friday with no holidays. Key Responsibilities ● Organize and schedule appointments ● Perform phone triage ● Manage patient registration ● Coordinate referrals ● Handle fax management ● Perform clinical tasks including phlebotomy, immunization administration, POCT testing, and vital signs assessment Schedule and Shift Details ● Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, no holidays
Qualifications

1+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
- Epic
- Epic ASAP
- Epic Orders
- Valid Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) in Massachusetts (MA)
