Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Overview

This contract role is ideal for an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant seeking to provide primary and acute care in a hybrid clinical setting. The position requires strong clinical skills across all age groups and familiarity with EPIC EMR. The schedule includes rotating 10-hour shifts and weekend coverage, offering a dynamic work environment. Key Responsibilities ● Provide primary care and acute care services to patients of all ages ● Work in a hybrid setting delivering ambulatory and occupational health services ● Use EPIC EMR system for patient documentation and care management ● Adhere to licensing and certification requirements for clinical practice Schedule and Shift Details ● 4-10 rotating schedule (Monday-Thursday / Tuesday-Friday 8am-7pm) with 2 scheduled weekends per month (Saturday/Sunday 8am-2pm)

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
  • Epic ClinDoc
  • EpicCare Inpatient
  • Epic Inpatient
• Valid Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA)
• Valid Controlled Dangerous Substances (CDS)
• ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:
  • American Red Cross Basic Life Support (ARC BLS)
  • American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS)
• Master's degree or higher
• ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:
  • Nurse Practitioner (NP) in Nevada (NV)
  • Physician Assistant-Certified (PA-C) in Nevada (NV)
