Nurse Practitioner
Overview
This role offers an opportunity to provide primary care services in a supportive team environment serving employees and their families. The position is contract-based with potential to convert to permanent. The schedule includes rotating 12-hour shifts over two weeks, providing a balanced workweek. Candidates with experience in primary care and EPIC are preferred. Key Responsibilities ● Provide comprehensive primary care services to employees and their dependents aged 2 years and older ● Conduct annual physicals, preventive care, well women exams, well child and sports physicals, and immunizations ● Perform minor procedures and acute same-day visits ● Manage laboratory services and point-of-care testing ● Dispense medications as a provider ● Collaborate with a clinical support team including reception, LPN/MA staff, RN Health Center Manager, and RN health educators ● Deliver care management and health education to patients Schedule and Shift Details ● 36 hours per week, rotating 12-hour shifts bi-weekly. Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday. Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday. Shift from 6:45 AM to 7:15 PM.

1+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
- Primary Care
- Pediatric Care
- Care Management

1+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
- Epic Ambulatory
- EpicCare Inpatient
- Epic Inpatient
- Master's degree or higher
- Valid Nurse Practitioner (NP) in Minnesota (MN)
