Overview

Contract: 10/19/26-10/18/26 Submission Due Date: 9/18/26 This contract Registered Nurse position offers an opportunity to provide direct patient care in a primary care setting. Candidates should have current Ohio RN licensure, CPR and BLS certifications, and at least one year of recent patient care experience. The role requires working on-site during daytime hours with a structured schedule and adherence to facility policies. Key Responsibilities ● Provide direct patient care in primary care or specialty clinic settings ● Perform nursing duties as designated by Primary Care department Chief ● Adhere to scheduled work hours and break policies ● Maintain required certifications and licensure Schedule and Shift Details ● Work hours scheduled between 8am to 4:30pm with two 15-minute breaks and one 30-minute lunch break. Schedule changes require 24 hours' notice. Must be present at facility to perform services.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher
• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) in Ohio (OH)
• ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:
  • American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS)
  • American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (AHA ACLS)
  • American Heart Association Pediatric Advanced Life Support (AHA PALS)
• Valid American Red Cross Basic Life Support (ARC BLS)
• ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:
  • American Red Cross Advanced Life Support (ARC ALS)
  • Advanced Certification in Continuity of Care (A-CCC)
