Overview
This contract role offers an opportunity to support acute care services by assisting with patient care tasks such as taking vital signs, performing tests, and helping the care team. The position requires flexibility with varied weekday shifts and occasional Saturday work at a wellness center in Notre Dame, IN. Key Responsibilities ● Cover acute care line ● Room patients ● Obtain vital signs ● Perform point of care testing ● Send referrals as needed ● Draw labs as needed ● Assist other team members when time allows Schedule and Shift Details ● Monday 7am-5pm, Tuesday 8am-4pm, Thursday 7am-5pm, Friday 8am-6pm, every 5th Saturday 8am-12pm
Qualifications
- Valid Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)
- High School/GED
