Overview

This contract role is for a Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner working onsite in Hammond, IN. The position requires flexible availability during specified weekday shifts and holiday coverage except for certain holidays. Candidates will provide family medicine care in a clinical setting. Schedule and Shift Details ● Hours vary: Monday closed; Tuesday and Wednesday 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM; Thursday and Friday 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Closed on Thanksgiving, Day after Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day. Must be available for all other holiday days.

Qualifications

Required
  • Master's degree or higher
  • Valid Nurse Practitioner (NP) in Indiana (IN)
