Overview

Join our client’s Home Health team as an Occupational Therapist delivering compassionate, personalized care directly in patients' homes. You will develop therapy plans that help patients regain independence and improve quality of life while collaborating with physicians and care teams. This role offers meaningful patient interactions and the chance to make a positive impact on health outcomes. Key Responsibilities ● Conduct home visits to provide occupational therapy services ● Perform interdisciplinary patient assessments ● Evaluate patient functioning using appropriate tests ● Develop and implement personalized occupational therapy treatment plans ● Administer environmental modifications and therapeutic activities ● Oversee use of treatment modalities, prosthetic devices, and therapeutic appliances Schedule and Shift Details ● Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Travel ● Travel to patients' homes for therapy visits

Qualifications

Required
  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Valid Occupational Therapist, Registered (OTR)
  • ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:
    • American Red Cross Basic Life Support (ARC BLS)
    • American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS)
    • American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (AHA ACLS)
