Overview

This part-time Certified Nursing Assistant role offers meaningful patient care in home health and hospice settings. You will work independently while supported by a dedicated education team and leadership that values your growth. The position includes travel within a defined territory and provides opportunities for career advancement through educational benefits and loan repayment programs. Key Responsibilities ● Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in a hospice setting ● Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team focused on comfort, dignity, and quality of life ● Provide hands-on care assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) ● Observe and report changes in patient condition to support safety and independence ● Educate and support patients and caregivers by reinforcing care plans and promoting healthy routines ● Respond promptly to patient needs and communicate effectively with the care team ● Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) ● Work independently while having team support ● Travel to patient homes within assigned territory Schedule and Shift Details ● 2-3 days per week, Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm Travel ● Travel to patient homes within assigned territory including Mechanicsburg area into Harrisburg

Qualifications

• High School/GED
• Healthcare (1+ years)
• Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Pennsylvania (PA)
• Valid Regular Driver License (DL) in Pennsylvania (PA)
• Have you applied to or worked for Residential Healthcare Group anytime in the last 6 months?
• Are you okay with the required travel for this position?
