Anesthesiologist – VA Contract Opportunity DUE 10/16/2026 by end of day Provider Rate: $415/hour Locum Tenens Location: Albany, New York Facility: Albany Stratton VA Medical Center Proposed Start Date: November 1, 2026 Contract Term: 12 months, with potential renewal options Relode is seeking a qualified Anesthesiologist for a VA contract opportunity in Albany, New York. This position offers a proposed compensation rate of $415 per hour, with an opportunity to provide anesthesia services in a federal healthcare setting. Position Overview The selected Anesthesiologist will provide anesthesia services in support of the VA's clinical operations. The role is intended for a physician who is comfortable working in a hospital-based environment and providing care to a diverse patient population. Compensation Proposed provider compensation $415/hour Final compensation subject to contract terms and scheduling requirements. Qualifications MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school. Board-certified or board-eligible in Anesthesiology. Current, unrestricted medical license appropriate for the assignment. Current BLS and ACLS certifications. Active DEA registration, as applicable. Ability to meet VA credentialing, privileging and background requirements. Schedule and Contract Location: Albany Stratton VA Medical Center, Albany, NY Anticipated start: November 1, 2026 Initial contract: 12 months, with up to four one-year renewal options. M-F 7:00 AM-5:30 pm Coverage: (some rotation) Weekdays, nights, weekends and holidays, as required by the contract.
