Overview
This contract role offers an opportunity to provide primary care and wellness services at a corporate location serving executive level members. The position requires skills in phlebotomy, vital signs, and point of care testing with a flexible weekday schedule primarily on Mondays and Fridays. Key Responsibilities ● Provide primary care services to executive level members ● Conduct well women's check ups ● Measure and record vital signs ● Perform high phlebotomy procedures ● Conduct point of care testing ● Maintain professional appearance by wearing scrubs Schedule and Shift Details ● Work schedule generally Monday and Friday, with possible shifts Tuesday through Thursday; shift hours 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Qualifications

1+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
- Primary Care
- Pediatric Care
- Care Management
- Women's Health (1+ years)
- Phlebotomy (1+ years)

ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Tennessee (TN)
- Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC)
