This contract Nurse Practitioner role offers an opportunity to provide care at a clinic located in Windsor, WI. The position involves working two days per week with set clinic hours and a structured shift schedule. Schedule and Shift Details ● Monday–Tuesday: 6:30 AM – 4:30 PM; Shift from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM with a 30-minute meal break.

Qualifications

Required
  • Master's degree or higher
  • Valid Nurse Practitioner (NP) in Wisconsin (WI)
