Top "must-have" skills for this job – 1. Knowledge of long-term care, community resources and cost-effective alternatives regarding patient care delivery systems 2. Knowledge of CPT, ICD-9 and HCPC codes 3. Knowledge of clinical standards of care 4. The Nurse Practitioner position also requires strength and exertion exhibited in the ways of: walking, lifting, reaching, bending, stooping, pushing and pulling. You should be able to lift and support the weight of 35 pounds in handling patients, medical equipment, and supplies.
