Licensed RN in the State of Arizona 2. 2 plus years experience in an acute care ICU 3. 2 years' leadership experience (charge nurse, shift supervisor, etc.) 4. BLS/ACLS / PALS / NRP as required 5. Ability to work effectively with computer based charting and other clinical software programs 6. Adaptability to change, organizational skills
