Overview
We are seeking an experienced, knowledgeable Epic supervisor to join our team in Houston. In this position, you’ll be responsible for the development and evaluation of training materials for Epic applications, as well as end-user training and oversight of training team. You’ll be onboarding, developing, and mentoring a team of credentialed trainers and principal trainers to ensure a strong team dynamic and results-oriented focus within the department. The Epic Supervisor will also engage business owners by defining, planning, implementing and evaluating required training, to ensure a smooth change management and a training plan that positively impacts departmental operations. We’re also looking for someone who can successfully prioritize projects and lead a team with confidence and creativity. If you’re highly organized, comfortable working within a fast-paced environment, and have the ability to thrive while working independently, this could be the position for you. Bachelor's Degree 2. 5yrs experience developing training programs 3. 2yrs leadership experience 4. 2yrs experience in training module development with an emphasis on computer/web-based and multimedia design. 4. Epic Certification required 5. Epic TED (Training Environment Design) completions 6.
