Overview
As the Training and Team Development Manager, you’ll be part of the core team providing leadership to our care model, with a specific focus on behavioral health and social care. You’ll be involved in a number of processes, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and ongoing education for this team, as well as developing a training curriculum and delivering it in real time. You will also be responsible for building a culture around our company values. Our organization offers the ability to make real change in a community with a unique care model.
