Overview

We are seeking an organized, talented Medical Staff Services Director to join our large, established facility. In this position you will be managing multiple direct reports, and your team will be handling credentialing at high volumes. As the Medical Staff Services Director, you will have excellent communication and collaboration skills, exceptional organizational skills, and will be adept at handling customer service issues. Bachelor’s degree in business, health care or related discipline required. 2. 10+ years of experience in medical staff services and credentialing, required 3. Healthcare experience is a must 4. Strong preference in experience in a hospital setting versus physician/clinic side 5. 400-500 bed hospital experience 6.
