In this position, you’ll be providing respectful and compassionate care to your patients while helping them maintain their dignity. You’ll assist the RN in offering the best patient care, according the written plan of care. You’ll also counsel and educate the patient and their families, and complete timely and accurate clinical notes that include the patient’s progress. Lead the charge in improving the patient care experience and help us continue to give clients the opportunity to maintain their dignity and receive quality care in their homes.
