Overview
Are you an occupational therapist with home health experience? We are looking for an occupational therapist to join our team and help us provide the best care possible to in-home patients. In this position, you will be providing and managing care to patients, and providing techniques to improve the level of independence in their day-to-day living. You’ll also work with family members or patient representatives to educate them about rehabilitation care, while also documenting observations, interventions, and evaluations. As part of our team, you will lead the charge in improving the patient care experience and help us continue to give clients the opportunity to maintain their dignity and receive quality care in their homes. A current Occupational Therapist license issued by the State of Pennsylvania. 2. A minimum of one (1) year of clinical work in home health. 3. Ability to work independently and manage time properly. 4. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills. 5. Prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred. 6. Experience with Medicare Oasis 7. Current CPR certification
