Do you have a desire to make a difference in the lives of those struggling with substance abuse? We’d love to have you join our team as a Medication Manager. The Medication Manager is responsible for assisting patients in taking their medication as directed by their physician. This person will provide education to patients on how to take the medication, will observe patient taking medication if necessary and provide feedback to patient's physician. This person will also conduct medication counts and call in prescription refills as directed. Our organization specializes in evidence-based substance abuse treatment, integrating a trauma-informed, recovery-oriented systems of care model with emphasis on medication-assisted treatment.
