Nurse: Dialysis Home Educator North Charleston, South Carolina (Archdale) Full-time Do you thrive in environments where you have more time to spend with patients? In this full-time position, you’ll be providing one-on-one skilled nursing care to dialysis patients in their home, using innovative solutions, a specific care plan, and a preferred technology for point of care documentation. You’ll be able to train each patient, ensuring that they receive the highest quality care in their homes, and take responsibility for the complete ongoing care of your patients. "Must have" skills for the job: - Minimum of 12 months' nephrology nursing experience preferred. - 3 months' experience in PD - Current driver's license, reliable transportation, and vehicle insurance in state of residence - Current CPR certification (or certification obtained within 60 days of hire) - Current RN license in state of practice - A.D.N degree from accredited school of nursing required - Experience in case management, home health, disease management, or hospice preferred - Industry leading patient care with clinical outcomes ranked above the national average
