In this role, you will be a key member of our care team and will play an integral role in defining and delivering a state-of-the-art experience to members. The Member Experience Advocate acts not only as the initial point of contact in our clinical hubs, but also plays a vital role in the overall flow of the hub. Duties include welcoming members who visit the hub for a clinical appointment or who are taking advantage of the social and community services we have to offer. You’ll also be coordinating community-based programming in the hub and tracking member activity using both Epic and Commons, our proprietary care facilitation system.
