THIS ROLE IS For a BSA with some Cyber Security Experience. "Must Have" Skills for This Job: 1. Requires Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, from an accredited college or university 2. Experience in writing a BRD (Business Requirements Document) (this is 95% of this role) 2. 6 to 8+ years of related IT work experience preferably in the health insurance industry 3. Prefer advanced degree in Information Security, Computer Science or related field 4. Requires knowledge of system development life cycle and implementation methodologies 5. Requires excellence in structured query languages, or analysis techniques 6. Requires strong ability to apply structure to loosely defined complex problems 7. Demonstrates understanding of core business functions 8. Requires excellent knowledge of IT and computer systems Most important: 1. Requires excellent communication skills and ability to write and discuss clear procedures regarding technical issues 2. Ability develop project plans 3. Designing and operating a Cisco Nexus data center environment 4. Scripting to automate repetitive or complex tasks Excellent to have: 1. In-depth understanding of BGP. Must understand BGP path selection, path attributes, route filtering, and redistribution. 2. Cisco IOS XE configuration and troubleshooting 3. Basic understanding of QoS and its use in an enterprise WAN 4. End-to-end circuit provisioning 5. Wireless LAN fundamentals 6. Strong understanding of layer 1 and 2 protocols 7. VXLAN fundamentals utilizing BGP EVPN Tell Me About this Job: 1. Takes ownership of the analysis and understanding of medium to complex issues, and coordinates the documentation of business needs 2. Leads Business Requirements gathering process, including the creation of deliverables 3. Conducts detailed research 4. Coordinates analysis necessary to identify viable solution alternatives 5. Follows the clients business requirement's documentation process utilizing the appropriate tools 6. Creates and delivers work estimates to client(s) 7. Creates and coordinates the creation of technical documents and high level solution designs 8. Coordinates the development, testing and implementation of system specifications
