Schedule: -Monday-Thursday: 8-5 & Friday: 8-2 FNP-C, NP-C or PA-C Patient ages: 2+ Volume: 16 patients/day 1 provider, 1 RN and 1 med assistant on staff in addition the provider TX license required Travel and lodging included
