***This client is looking for nurses with recent, acute experience in a hospital setting. They prefer the candidate to have at least 1 year of experience in the specialty they are applying for but will consider any RN that meets the acute experience qualifications. *** We are seeking dedicated, talented nurses to join our Pediatrics/ Medical Surgical Unit. This includes a mix of adult and pediatric medical and surgical, GYN post-surgical and telemetry patients. There is the option to be dedicated to the medical-surgical side of the unit or to train to care for the other subspecialties. This unit offers opportunities for growth and expanding competencies. Top "Must-Have" Skills for This Job – 1. BSN required 2. Current RN license to practice in the state of Virginia 3. BLS for the Healthcare Provider CPR, ACLS/PALS desired 4. 1 year of recent peds/ acute care experience required in a hospital setting
