Our facility has inpatient adult and inpatient adolescent programs. The Director of Health Information Management (HIM) manages and coordinates all aspects of the Medical Records department. Prepares and presents appropriate reports and data to Administration, Medical Staff, Board of Trustees, and Process Improvement Committee. Responsible for patient charts, charting forms and storage of medical records.
