Job "Must Haves": 1. Associate Degree or equivalent years of training or work experience. 2. At least 1 year experience in a home health setting 3. Must be highly organized with the ability to prioritize effectively. 4. Professional demeanor, calm disposition and the ability to juggle a variety of tasks required. 5. Excellent oral and written communication skills. 6. Meets applicable health requirements to provide patient/client care. 7. Meets the requirements of federal and/or state criminal abuse and background checks. About this Job: 1. Assists the Clinical Manager in establishing and monitoring compliance with quality and operations standards. 2. Maintains clients’ paper and electronic medical record. 3. Processes and verifies receipt of physician orders. 4. Ensures necessary follow-through with physicians and families is met based on COP’s, regulations for federal, state and local laws. 5. Assists in staffing clients with qualified personnel, and/or organizes/reorganizes job schedules for home care personnel. 6. Assists with payroll. 7. Ensures all assigned office functions are completed in compliance with federal, state, local laws and JCAHO regulations as well as all policies and procedures 8. May have access to personal health information ("PHI") necessary to fulfill the above duties and responsibilities. Access to use and ability to disclose PHI is further defined by each organization/department. 10. Performs on call services during non office hours. 11.
