Walton Beach, FL. 9/24 @ 7am until 9/29 @ 7am 10/1 @ 7am until 10/6 @ 7am 10/8 @ 7am until 10/13 @ 7am 10/15 @ 7am until 10/20 @ 7am 10/22 @ 7am until 10/27 @ 7am 11/12 @ 7am until 11/15 @ 7pm 11/19 @ 7am until 11/24 @ 7am 11/26 @ 7am until 11/29 @ 7am 12/10 @ 7am until 12/12 @ 7pm 12/18 @ 7am until 12/22 @ 7am 12/24 @ 7am until 12/29 @ 7am Monthly coverage: 1.) For the days Dr. Sandwith is on: 2 PA's each weekday and 1 PA each weekend day. 2.) For the days Dr. Herrbold is on: 1 PA each day. 3.)
