Overview

The Nurse Manager is responsible for assisting with organizing, planning, leading, and directing clinical and management activities for the designated nursing unit. The Nurse Manager contributes to organizational operations. The Nurse Manager is accountable for daily supervision of patient/nursing care delivery. The Nurse Manager participates as a member of the health care team in maintaining continuity and quality of patient care. This position reports to the Director of Nursing.
