Overview
We are looking for a certified full-time Medical Records Specialist (RHIA or RHIT). Successful candidates will have the ability to complete the following job duties: Coding patient charts using ICD-10, provide assistance to patient record requests, ensure department needs are addressed, work with clinical and administration staff to provide information as needed, break down patient charts and follow-up patient phone calls. Graduate of an accredited medical records educational program 3. Possess strong knowledge of ICD-9, ICD-10 and CPT coding 4. 1-2 years of medical records experience
