Overview
As the Program Director of Provider Compensation, you’ll report directly to the VP of Operational Finance for our Medical Group. You will be responsible for planning, directing and evaluating provider compensation program operations for the Medical Group and its’ affiliates. You will service as the key contact with our National provider compensation function to facilitate alignment with system-wide standards and procedures and lead the annual strategic planning process for our division. Required skills & experience (the “must haves” to be considered): • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field. Master’s Degree preferred. • A minimum of six years of progressively responsible related work experience in a large medical group practice required. • A minimum of three years of supervisory or management experience.
