This job is for someone who will confidently and carefully lead the operations of the Intensive Care Unit. This person will create and maintain effective systems to make sure all operations are running smoothly on a day-to-day basis. The Director of ICU is accountable for the effective strategic planning, personnel, operational, and financial management of the assigned department, on a 24-hour basis, to facilitate high quality, cost-effective patient care service. The Director manages resources and provides leadership to accomplish Hospital, Nursing Services, and Department goals.
