Director: Medical/Surgical Telemetry Aventura, Florida Full-time Looking for a role in management or leading a team? Are you skilled in problem solving and thrive on managing many responsibilities? We have a director position that could be yours! This job is for someone who will confidently and carefully lead the operations of the Med/Surg Telemetry department. Reporting to the CNO, the Nurse Director of Med Surg Tele directs and manages the operations and activities of the North Department. This unit is comprised of 40 beds with approximately 55 FTEs and a mix of general Med Surg Tele patients in a fast paced environment Top reasons to love this job: - Opportunity to lead a team at one of the best facilities in the state - Competitive salary offered - Full benefits package Skills and Experience: - Licensed Registered Nurse in the state of Florida - Bachelor’s required, Master’s in Nursing or related field preferred - BCLS Certification - ACLS Certification - Two (2) years related management experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience - Director level experience strongly preferred - 5+ years’ experience in an acute care facility including overseeing Med/Surg/Tele patients
