Overview

Title: Registered Nurse Cardiac Telemetry SHIFT: Days and Nights Available Overview: This unit serves is a 45 bed cardiac med/surg department. They provide care to patients with a primary cardiac diagnosis, including congestive heart failure, chest pain, and arrhythmias. They are trained to begin specific antiarrhythmic drugs, including IV Cardizem, IV Amiodarone, and oral Sotalol. Must Haves From the Account Executives: 1. Associate Degree, Diploma in Nursing, or BSN required 2. State of Florida RN License required 3. BLS – AHA Healthcare Provider and ACLS 4. 1-3 Years Acute care experience required 5. Reads and writes Basic English with the basic skills necessary to transcribe physician’s orders 6. Knowledge of universal precautions
