Must Haves from the Account Executive: 1. Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred. 2. 1-2 years experience with a TOP MANAGEMENT CONSULTING FIRM -OR- 2+ years experience conducting research and analyses in a business setting, designing actionable results 3. Understanding of analytical methodologies and business modeling 4. Must be proficient in the use of personal computers and supporting software in a Windows based environment, including MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Should be knowledgeable in the use of intranet and internet applications **We are looking for a Strategic Initiatives Analyst I for our Strategy team. WE NEED SOMEONE WHO IS COMING FROM A TOP TIER FIRM (McKinsey, Boston Consulting, etc.), but would also consider someone from a boutique firm. **This IS NOT a Business Systems Analyst, and we are not looking for IT people. **While we prefer a healthcare background, we are willing to consider someone that hasn't worked in health care, but has a passion for it. About this Position: The Strategic Initiatives Analyst I is a key contributor across a wide range of strategic projects. The Analyst is responsible for making significant contributions to project workstreams, conducting qualitative and quantitative data collection, performing analyses, and developing content to support enterprise strategic initiatives. This role will also: 1. Conduct research and perform qualitative and quantitative analyses 2. Synthesize analyses into clear recommendations 3. Present complex topics to team leads comfortably and effectively 4. Develop charts or pages within a deck 5. Develop strong, cross-functional working relationships. 6. Manage successful knowledge transfer to business units to ensure proper implementation.
