Locum Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Correctional Urgent Care Setting Galveston, TX 11p - 7a, Mon - Fri We are seeking a locum Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to work a two month assignment in Galveston, TX (with possible extension after that). Previous urgent care experience is preferred. Please note - once accepted, the clearance process can take up to 3-4 weeks. Candidates will be required to meet the following criteria in order to be qualified for this position: ● Licensed in the state of Texas ● Drug Enforcement Agency and Texas Department of Public Safety controlled substances registration certificates ● Previous urgent care or emergency department experience strongly preferred Benefits: ● Travel costs covered ● Malpractice insurance covered
