The Clinical Staffing Resource Team (CSRT) is an Innovative approach to providing the right nurse to the right patient at the right time. This team of experienced Registered Nurses self-schedules in order to provide a balance between their home and work life. Nurses' specialized skills are recognized and utilized for the benefit of our patients.
