Director - Case Management

Overview

The Director of Case Management, under the direct supervision of the Administrative Director of Case Management, will direct the case management program, including the functions of case management, utilization management, resource management, discharge planning and care coordination for the facility. The Director is responsible for coordinating the systems necessary for safe and appropriate discharge as well as utilization management practices that meet corporate, division, facility and regulatory guidelines. Must Haves From the Account Executives: 1. ADN, BA or BSN degree in nursing or other healthcare related field. Master's degree preferred 2. National Certification in Case Management (ACM or CCM), preferred 3. Minimum 5 years nursing experience in an acute hospital. Minimum 3 years' experience of progressive management levels working area of case management and utilization review, in an acute care hospital 4. Must have Director level Case Management experience in an acute care hospital to qualify
