Overview

The Manager of Case Management serves as the unit level manager in planning, organizing, staffing, directing, and coordinating the scope of services originating from the Case Management/Social Work Services department. The Manager of Case Management provides leadership and direction for all Case Management and Social Work Services employees at assigned site. This includes hospital based, clinic services, outpatient settings as well as the emergency department. He or she will also develop and sustain case management or social work policies and procedures in collaboration with other Case Management/Social Work Services site managers. This position is for a large health care system, and this person will manage 20-25 social workers and case managers. He/she will report to the Regional Director of Case Management Must Haves From the Account Executive: 1. Master's Degree or graduate from school of nursing Baccalaureate preferred or equivalent experience accepted 2. RN License through the State of Ohio 3. Minimum of five years experience in clinical nursing care, with at least two years of management experience preferred
