IT Relationship Manager II

Overview

Must Haves for this Job: 1. Clinical Operations Experience- EMR implementation experience (Health IT, HIE, HL7, CCDA, PAC, Care coordination, Epic, Cerner, Athena, etc. type key words on resume) 2. BS or BA degree from accredited college or university, MBA or MS degree or equivalent work experience preferred 3. Requires (5) to (10) years professional experience in healthcare 4. Requires (5) to (10) years professional experience in Information Systems 5. Requires 5 + years of management experience 6. Knowledge of Healthcare Management operations preferred. (Includes experience with technology related to utilization management, provider network and contracting, pricing, medical policy, quality and other care management domains.) 7. Demonstrated track record of cross functional relationship management 8. Good understanding of the Health Care Insurance business 9. Supervisory experience preferred. 10. Experience with implementation and integration of care management applications including commercially available products and proprietary systems is preferred. About this Job: • Directs the employment activities of the office that include staffing, development, and training. • Ensures staff meets all regulatory requirements and comprehends and complies with best practices, professional standards, internal policies, and procedures. • Provides overall direction to the business for IT related services. • Directs a team of very experienced IT Business System Analysts who manage the IT/Business relationships across the Healthcare Management and Analytics organization. • Assumes the role of the Challenger to help work with the business to make decisions on key IT vendors, relationships and technologies. • Along with the IT Director, helps lead the business in making decisions on key IT vendors, relationships and technologies Scope of Accountabilities: • Supervise staff of 5 – 10
