Required skills & experience: 1. Baccalaureate degree in nursing required and Master's degree in nursing, healthcare, business or other related field required. 2. Current License to practice nursing in Ohio as a Registered Nurse ***Recent direct Emergency Room RN leadership experience in a level 1 or 2 trauma hospital required 3. Five years recent healthcare experience, with three years in first line management preferred. (Will consider 2+ years of Level 1 trauma leadership experience) 4. Evidence of ability to effectively develop and coach multidisciplinary teams 5. Experience in program development, product line management desired 6.
