Nurse - Special Projects Coordinator

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated, talented RN to join our Nursing Administration unit as the Magnet/Special Projects Coordinator. This RN will serve as the Magnet advisor to the leadership team, liaison to the ANCC Magnet office, chair of the Magnet Steering committee, and functions as a multi department liaison and consultative resource for administration, nursing, non-nursing employees, physicians, and community. Top "Must-Have" Skills for This Job – 1. BSN required, Masters degree preferred 2. Current RN license to practice in the state of Virginia 3. 5+ years of recent clinical and education experience 4. Current knowledge of Magnet standards required 5. Progressive leadership experience required
