Overview
Responsible for assisting heart failure patients and their caregivers through the continuum of care and supporting their decision making processes. Integral team member of the Cardiovascular Services Line dedicated to providing an excellent patient experience and coordinating their visit. Must Haves from the Account Executive: 1. Graduation from an accredited school of nursing, Master's strongly preferred 2. Previous navigator work experience is strongly preferred 3. Current licensure as a Registered Nurse issued by the Washington State Board of Nursing or eligibility to obtain Washington license. 4. Three years of related professional nursing work experience in the clinical focus area
