Overview
Our facility is looking for a Family Medicine/OB Physician to join our team. This role is located at a newer, well-known clinic with a family-oriented feel in a dynamic community. This family medicine physician will work alongside experienced clinical and non-clinical members who know the patients extremely well and care deeply for their quality of life. In this position, the family medicine physician will see an average of 20-25 patients per day. Our ideal candidate will also be familiar with minor procedures (i.e. skin excisions, joint injections, casting, lacerations). This position offers the chance to experience an excellent Midwestern quality of life, and the city provides a number of recreational activities. Requirements: - MD or DO - Board Certified or Board Eligible; Board exam must be completed within 1-year of hire date - Eligible to work in the United States Schedule details: - Average of 20-25 patients per day - No inpatient call coverage - Very light outpatient call (1:7 and first triaged through call system) - No weekend or evening hours except when on call - Competitive, 2-year guarantee salary - Stipends and retention bonus for residents/fellows
