Approximately 3+ years of experience in search and full cycle recruiting assignments. Healthcare knowledge and experience needed. Experience recruiting RN's, PT's, OT's, and SLP's is preferred. (This is a JR level role, and they don't want Management/Leadership experience) 2. A Bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred in a related field 3. Experience with an ATS (preferably Workday) sourcing, tracking and managing candidates.
