Manager of Colleague and Labor Relations Maywood, Illinois Full-time The Manager of Colleague and Labor Relations is responsible for providing advice and counsel to staff and management regarding employment and labor relations issues. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with employment and labor laws and regulations, internal policies, union contracts and the appeal and grievance processes. Conducts internal investigations and union grievance hearings, recommends policy development and revisions, and oversees the unemployment compensation process.
