Must Haves From the Account Executives: 1. A minimum of 5 years of perioperative nursing practice as both a scrub and circulating nurse, or if less years of experience, must have (3) recommendations from practicing surgeons and demonstrated clinical practice 2. BSN and successful completion of an RNFA program that meets AORN recommended education standards for RN First Assistant Programs 3. BLS and CNOR required 4.Current license to practice as a registered nurse in VA 5.Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to display a caring demeanor toward others What you need to know: Our ideal candidate will have experience practicing preoperative nursing and must have acquired the necessary knowledge, skills and judgment specific to clinical practice.
